This place was the perfect spot for a relaxing Christmas getaway. The surroundings were absolutely stunning, with beautiful nature and rock formations all around. The swimming pool was a definite highlight - big and clean, just perfect for cooling off after a day of exploring. The bungalow itself was spacious and had everything we needed. We particularly enjoyed the free breakfast, which was delicious and had a great variety of options. Another advantage was the friendly and helpful staff, who made our stay even more enjoyable.
There were a few downsides. The room we stayed in wasn't as clean as we would have liked, with dust and old dried coffee in the cups.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was breathtaking, surrounded by limestone mountains, rice fields, and jungle. It was so beautiful! The staff, especially Jade at the reception, were incredibly helpful and friendly. She spoke excellent English and gave great tips for exploring the area. I rented a motorbike for a very cheap price and got to use the hotel's free bicycles to explore the town. The bed in my room was big and comfortable, and there was always plenty of hot water. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, and the helpfulness of the staff were outstanding.
Nothing to fault.

Great Location, but Lacking Coziness
You can enjoy peaceful mornings and immerse yourself in the serene atmosphere.
the bathroom shows signs of wear and tear, and the lighting is excessively bright, giving the room a sterile feeling.

The location near the caves was charming and it is close to the town center. The staff was nice and accommodating, and allowed us to leave our bags until late in the afternoon. The main contact person spoke excellent English, which made communication easy.
The room was overcrowded with furniture, making it difficult to move around. The breakfast was slow, and the juices tasted watered down.
